Job Title:
Project Engineer

Job Duties:
1. Report directly to Mechanical Team Leader.
2. Generate a commissioning plans including equipment functional test procedures.
3. Review mechanical designs.
4. Update & generate issues log.
5. Perform field visits & help point out construction issues.
6. Perform perform equipment functional test with the assistance of a technician.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of three years experience in the HVAC industry.  It could be in design consulting, but prefer Design/Build or Commissioning.
3. Proficient in computer programs: AutoCAD, MS Excel & MS Access.
4. Familiar with building energy analysis programs.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to travel when needed.
