Energy Analysis:
Energy analysis is the process of energy audit.  It starts by an hourly energy consumption modeling of the building using DOE EnergyPlus V1.2.2.  System improvements & modifications will be simulated to provide net energy savings. 

Life Cycle Cost will be performed to justify cost on improvements.

Energy Analysis Goal:
• Perform a complete energy audit.
• Introduce cost effective improvements to the building resulting in energy savings & improved occupant comfort.
